In case of massive amount of content, our team can speed up the uploading process. This service is optional.

Personal training for page maintenance team

When a Quest site is up and working, the project leader gives a full and detailed presentation about the handling of the software for the customer’s specified colleagues.

On-call support

Depending on the contract there is an on-call support on weekdays, between 10AM and 4PM in English and Spanish.

How to purchase a Quest product?

The process

Our content management software can be implemented either into a site under construction or an existing and working website. The following steps lead to a working Quest website (and if a working site needs minor or major modifications, it will be displayed in brackets):

  1. Discussion of purposes and needs, consultation
  2. Delivery of quotation, and if accepted, contracting
  3. Describing the whole project, from the basics of web development to the unique features of Canarias Quest and the customization process
  4. The progress of page development and content management coordination (if there is a working site, a slight conversion and Quest implementation sums up this part)
  5. Testing, and if needed, fixing & clarifying
  6. Presentation of how the system works and how to use it & practical training for employees
  7. Prime content uploading under careful control
  8. Publishing (or if it is an active site it will be changed without interruption)
